Transcript: Whether or not they are, for lack of a better term, down on humans, people who think that the AI is coming soon, and that it may be a threat, typically think that human abilities, like creativity, aren’t really all that mysterious, or all that difficult, and may actually be quite straightforward. You know, that we're pretty straightforward computational devices. Other people who think AGI is further away and not much of a threat think that there are human abilities that we have, intellectual abilities, and not only are they incredibly complicated but we don't even have a basic understanding of how they work.
