In January 2019, Microsoft Rewards flew sweepstakes winner William D. and a guest to Seattle for the Chief Gaming Officer Experience. They met Major Nelson and Jen Taylor (the voice of Cortana) at Studio D for a live Mixer session. William was awarded lifetime memberships to Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass.
