
Samsung set out to have the best camera on a smartphone with the S9. It may have done just that by one important metric: DxOMark. For those not familiar, DxOMark is arguably the most well-regarded photography scoring standard. It’s not the end-all be-all, but it’s a useful reference on camera quality.
